WELCOME TO Suarez Martial Arts !

We are located in Boca Raton, South Florida. Our purpose is to promote Chinese martial arts (Kung Fu and Tai Chi).

These martial arts with the proper foundation are a great tool to improve physical health, achieve mental balance and develop self-defense and fighting skills.

Martial arts are not only about knowing how to punch, kick or grapple, they are also about helping you to achieve discipline and a balance mind, which in turn can help maintain and improve health. the idea is not to destroy your body or stress your mind to acquire fighting skills or a false sense of confidence, but to cultivate your health (mind and body) through the proper practice of these martial and healing techniques The integration of these martial arts in your life can keep you supple sprightly and healthy well into your senior years.

Studio hours:
Monday to Friday: 8 am ~ 9 pm
Saturday: 9 am ~ 1 pm
Sunday: Closed

Our martial arts classes are designed for total beginners and pro, to do three things: master a powerful form of self-defense, get lean & in great shape, and above all master your mind.
